Buyer Protection Terms:

Buyers are protected on My-Bids if the seller does not meet the terms in their product listing.

If we (My-Bids) determine that the seller did not meet the term in their product listing and the seller does not refund your money we (My-Bids) will refund 90% of your purchase price including shipping.

Seller Protection Terms:

Sellers are protected as we (My-Bids) will notify you when it is safe to ship. Once we have determined that the payment is safe and fraudulent free you will be notfied to ship.

Sellers are required to provide tracking numbers to their customers. If you the seller fails to provide tracking number we (My-Bids) can not protect you when the buyer claims that they did not receive your product. If the buyer notifies us that they did not receive a product from you we will need the tracking number so we can verify. If you can not provide any type of shipping proof to us (My-Bids) we will return 90% of the payment to the buyer and you will not receive payment.

If you the seller do not meet the terms established in your product listing we expect you to refund your customer. If you fail to refund your customer we (My-Bids) will refund 90% to the buyer and you will not receive payment. We reserve the right to ban members that are not honest or does comply with good business practices.

If we (My-Bids) have determine that you have deceived your customer in any way we we will refund the 90% of the payment to your customer.
